Arielle
Owner & Salon Director
As Owner & Salon Director of Blow To Paris, Arielle oversees the vision, operations and guest experience behind the salon’s next chapter.
After years in the beauty and salon industry, including previously owning a salon in Toronto with her husband, Ron, Arielle brought that experience to Boca Raton when they took ownership of the existing Blow To Paris concept.
Today, she is focused on evolving the salon from its original blowout-bar roots into a full-service hair destination while preserving the Parisian personality and personal experience that make Blow To Paris special.
From the salon environment and service experience to the team, brand and details clients see throughout their visit, Arielle’s goal is simple: create a salon that feels elevated, welcoming and genuinely personal.
Ron
Master Stylist
With more than two decades of experience behind the chair, Ron brings an international background and a deep understanding of hair to Blow To Paris.
His career began in Israel, where he trained at the Shuki Zikri Academy and went on to work in leading Tel Aviv salons. His experience expanded into fashion, television and entertainment, including work connected with L’Oréal Professionnel, Zara fashion productions, MasterChef Israel and Eurovision winner Netta Barzilai.
After later owning a salon in Toronto with Arielle, Ron brought his experience to South Florida and today serves as Master Stylist at Blow To Paris.
From cutting and color to extensions, smoothing, styling and complete transformations, Ron takes a personalized approach to his work—considering the client’s hair, lifestyle, maintenance and desired result rather than treating every appointment the same.
Glaucia
Senior Stylist
Originally from Niterói, Brazil, Glaucia brings more than 30 years of experience in the beauty industry to Blow To Paris.
Throughout her career, she has developed extensive experience across a wide range of salon services, with particular expertise in advanced color, highlights, balayage and makeup. Her passion for the industry also led her to work as a beauty educator in Brazil, sharing her knowledge and techniques with other professionals.
Glaucia believes great hair begins with understanding the person in her chair. She takes a thoughtful, personalized approach to every appointment, considering each client’s hair, preferences, lifestyle and desired result.
Still passionate about learning after decades in the industry, Glaucia continues to explore new techniques and trends while bringing the experience, warmth and attention to detail that have defined her career to every client at Blow To Paris.
