Please read carefully this policy. Taking a service inside a Blow to Paris salon indicates that you accept and have read the terms of this policy. We have created this policy in order to provide you an excellent service and fulfill the experience offered by us.
Blow to Paris requires 24 hours notice for all cancellations. If you do not cancel your appointment by speaking directly to a receptionist, we reserve the right to charge you in full.
In order to avoid any scheduling problems we ask you to please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for check-in. If you are 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may be subject to a dry style/ Polish Change and/or we may need to reschedule your appointment.
We accept returns within 20 days for any damaged/malfunctioning tools or products. No returns will be accepted without proof of purchase.
Gift Cards Policy
Gift cards are redeemable at Blow to Paris retail locations only. Gift cards cannot be transferred, exchanged or resold and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards may not be used towards the purchase of a membership. Gift cards have no expiration date and no fees. Gift cards are nonrefundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Please note that all blowout services, manicure services and memberships are non refundable. The memberships can not be transfer. By purchasing one of our memberships you agree to be charged monthly for the service chosen. You can only give or transfer the THIRD BLOWLISH service in a month to a different person when you purchase the “Unique” membership; You must speak personally to our receptionist about the person that is going to take the third service and provide its information in order to avoid any type of problems.
Bonded Extension and Artificial Nails Policy
Blow to Paris is not responsible for damaged or loose extensions as a result of a Blowout service. Also it is not responsible for damaged of artificial nails as a result of a Manicure service Thank you for understanding.
Blow to Paris ONLY use high quality products of WELL known brands, however you may be allergic to any kind of product, matter or ingredient. It is your responsibility to advise and warn our staff about any type of condition you may have. By accepting the service you agree to be responsible of any type of damaged, allergy or problem caused to your hair and/or nails.
